Services
Our removal company offers a range of services, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of your belongings. We strive to provide professional, efficient, and timely services to our clients.
Booking and Payment
To book our services, you must provide us with all the relevant details of your move, including the date, time, and locations of your move. We require a deposit to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of the move.
Payment for our services is due on the day of the move, and we accept cash or bank transfers. If payment is not made on the day of the move before unloading, we reserve the right to delay unloading until payment is received. Waiting time, storage and delivery charges may apply if any delays.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your move, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled move, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If you booked any additional services such as dismantling, packing, clearance, cleaning or extra movers and you change your mind on the moving day, you will be liable to pay in full as we booked initially, as we arrange services accordingly.
Liability
While we take great care to ensure the safety of your belongings during the move, accidents can happen. We recommend that you purchase insurance to cover any loss or damage to your items during the move. Please inform us the value of your items in the quotation email or message, so we can include the appropriate insurance and provide you with a price estimate. Insurance confirmation should be mentioned in your booking confirmation if you want to add insurance. It is the customer's responsibility to measure and ensure that items will fit in the new premises before booking our services, taking into consideration the size of the sofa and the aperture. Our removal drivers will not be insured to remove doors or windows in such cases, and it is the customer's responsibility to book another professional specialist if needed. You may incur additional charges if you have not informed us of any awkward access, such as a lack of vehicle access, parking, or cramped stair and hallway conditions where large furniture items will not fit. Please be present on the site during the moving process and inform us immediately if you have any complaints before the completion of the move or before the removal team leaves your site. You have the right to check the vehicle to ensure that everything has been unloaded and that the van only contains their own belongings.
Items We Cannot Move
For safety reasons, we cannot move certain items, including firearms, explosives, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, and live animals. Please let us know if you have any of these items so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Parking
To ensure a smooth loading and unloading process, please provide the nearest available parking space for our van or truck. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for parking, either by reserving a space outside or by obtaining a suspension or permit from the local council, if necessary. If your move involves passing through the central London Charge Zone or other toll or parking charges, these charges will be added to your bill accordingly.
Delays
While we strive to arrive within the estimated time frame, delays due to traffic, accidents, or weather conditions may be unavoidable. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide and arrange a replacement, but this may take a little longer.
Complaints
If you have any complaints about our services, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
